A SAFE PLACE TO WORK

THE WELL-BEING OF THOSE IN OUR BUILDING HAS ALWAYS BEEN OUR TOP PRIORITY.
Many of the amenities have been added to help foster a healthy work/life balance. When the COVID-19 pandemic started, we knew we had to take some extraordinary steps to keep our tenants safe. This short video highlights how our location, the unique construction of our building, and our early response efforts make The Cardello Building an ideal Pittsburgh office space for the modern workforce.

Our Story

Built in 1864 during the Civil War, in what was then the City of Allegheny, the Cardello Building has been grounded in the history of Pittsburgh like few other downtown office buildings. Originally the home of Excelsior Coffin and Casket Works, the vast production and warehouse space has long since been meticulously converted into one of Pittsburgh’s premiere executive office spaces.
